This was my first experience with fascia release and cupping therapy, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I came into training thinking it would be solely about lagree knowledge (form, anatomy, facts etc), but it was much deeper and intimate than that. While the main focus was understanding lagree as a whole method, it was clear from day 0 that in order to truly succeed in the training, that we needed to really look within and understand why we signed up in the first place.. because looking back, one of the most important things I learned was that knowledge can be taught, scripts can be memorized, but you can’t teach energy, personality, or passion.. I will admit, the pace did feel fast at times.. but it helped to advance us and push us into hands on learning and diving right into being on the mic, practicing the moves, improving our skills.. as someone who overthinks A LOT, the fast pace helped break through it I mean you saw it I was literally balling like a little baby at the end when you announced we finished.. I left training feeling fufilled, confident, excited, and ready to see through what comes next

Training with Trixie completely shaped the way I show up as a trainer myself. It wasn't just about learning the technique or the cues- it was watching how you held space for people, how intentional you were with every correction, and how much care went into making sure I actually understood the why behind what I was doing, not just the what. I find myself drawing on that constantly with my own clients now, whether it's how I explain a movement or how I read what someone needs in the moment.
